I love the well made product. I bought a Nucamp 360. I like that my sales rep sent me pics when my unit arrived in January, but let me wait until the snow was gone, to pick it up. I dreaded towing it back to upstate New York on the salt covered roads. When I went to pick it up in April, everyone was very accommodating and friendly. The next day at a Harvest Host it got extremely hot for me, I called for some additional instructions on the Alde system. My sales rep helped, plus gave me a Tech to ask more questions of.
